New Player to FFXI - NEED HELP!

Hi Guys,

I jumped in the game and am now completely lost!

I have no idea which keyboard key to hit for me to access my menu.

By sheer luck I was able to get to level 5 without equipping anything...

I need help so bad...

Can you guys help me setup my keyboard settings? and where can I find em?
