New Player to Nightbrood here, needs a little help.

Hello all. I recently came across Nightbrood while my usual server was down, and thought that I would give it a shot. I created a character named Stoutbones, and put in an application for the level 75 job class, since my main draw to this account was being able to pick up where I left off on story missions without having to slog through all the early bits again. I saw today that my application for it was rejected, sighting that either it was an alt account, or that I didn't make alt accounts. (20 Stoutbones Sunday, August 08, 2021 no! alt!! Rejected) Unless it was reading my accounts from Canaria, this is my only account and character on this server, so I wasn't sure what went wrong. Can someone please help clear this up?
